This newly re-designed rear wheel drive transaxle is manufactured with and intergraded heavy
duty 356 cast forged aluminum case with built in bell housing that is race tough.



MEGASAND  4E  TRANSAXLE
We are very proud of our new Megasand E transaxle
from its good looks and rugged design to it's
ease of fabrication installation you will find it's
compact design and convenient  mounting
placement will make your installation a breeze.

We have designed this transaxle to be able to take a pounding and keep on delivering more   
performance. This transaxle was designed to replace a fully built 091 bus transaxle when
you need more. We have made this transaxle with a strong 9" 4:86 ring and pinion 930 CV
Flanges along with quality type II Weddle 091 gear stack. We use the best race proven
products in our transaxle such as 300m  input shaft, heavy duty super dif, along with an
   array of quality ball and roller bearings for good long life.


























                      

                           
                            
 MEGASAND H4
The new Megasand H4 is our newest addition to the Megasand line. It uses the same 356 forged                 
 aluminum case as in the new 2D version, but with a spread bore design which allows a much                    
  larger gear stack with a new 3/4" spread bore design we can now use much stronger wider
 gear stacks with a full size reverse gear. This newest transaxle will be a syncro-ring
           H pattern design and will be great for our new higher torque engines.

         QUICKSAND / PBS NEW "H" PATTERN 4-SPEED

The latest rage of replacing 2-D transaxles.
Our new QSP- 4 Speed includes all of the
following ugrades:
1)   It is designed to handle 500-600 HP. reliably
2)   It features true reverse gear with a simple lockout system
3)   The case is designed to fit all the popular bell housing
    including; Subaru, VW, LS1  
    (Can use factory Corvette and Duramax Clutches.)
4)   All cable operated shifting and includes new PBS shifter.



ALL NEW 2007 PBS / QUICKSAND 4 SPEED SEQUENTIAL TRANSAXLE           
                                                                                          
1)   The main case section is identical to the QSPH4                                                                                                             
2)   The reverse arm is separated from the forward gear side                                                                                                
      and is interlocked to neutral.                                                                                                                                           
3)   The Sequential shifter has been upgraded significantly                                                                                                   
       from the S4.
4)   The redesigen was implemented to make assembly of the
      transmission much more simpler than the other.                     
5)   Option for straight cut gears to greatly improve lonegevity                                                                                             
6)   Option for paddle shift configuration.
7)   Improved internals over S-4, with stronger main case, with

                                               MEGASAND 2D
                                                  Let's not forget our new addition to the family is our
                                                        new 2D version of the Megasand. This newly
                                                 designed Megasand 2D is an upgraded version of the
                                                  Megasand 4E, but with an all new case design very  
                                                          similar to it's brother with so much more.

The new Megasand 2D has its own larger case design, 10" 5:14 Ring + Pinion, 930 CV                        
     Flanges with interchangeable bell housing; we offer 3 different bell housings.
Our version of the traditional Mendeola style bell housing that may be adapted to many different
with conventional adapter plates, Chevrolet, LS,5.3, 4.8, V-8 bell housings that will allow you to use  
  our standard Chevrolet 10.5" flywheel and shock absorbing spring assisted clutch disc, 3500lb
pressure plate and best of all standard Chevrolet starter. This package comes with its own 300M    
input shaft that adapts out transaxle to Chevrolet clutch assembly as well as Mendeola 4E and 2D
transaxles. The third bell housing is for the Subaru family power plants.

                                  MEGASAND 3D
Is our newest edition to our trans axle line. It offers the same ourter case diamentions as our 2D
model with some significant improvements on the inside, 10" 4:86 kingiberg Ring and Pinion 930
or 934 CV Flanges. The new Megasand 3D uses a larger G-50 input shaft and also a larger main +
counter shaft that uses harder 1st, 2nd + 3rd gear, and also   incorporates a larger
GEAR CARRIER TO HANDLE THAT  EXTRA HORSE POWER RATED FOR LS1 V-8 500 HP Max.
